As an addendum to what pender said. The fact that it will not void your warranty vis-a-vis intell does not mean that it will not void your warranty from the source assembling it. That is, while you may still be able to get a replacement CPU from intell, you may not get any future help from the assembler.
It would be in your best interest to ask this question directly too the vendor. If you were to ask for example “is this computer suitable for overclocking” and they were to say no, you would have your answer. If they were to say yes, even if overclocking violated express warranties, they have now established a “warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.” That you could enforce if the need arose.
